Bestoe me Technology Inc. 做这件事。AISiliconV 是交易和履约的平台。买方和卖方先谈定价格。客户买货时，货款先汇入平台账户。本公司作为担保平台，对客户的资金安全承担 100% 责任。
平台收货并完成检验，并且发货或自提完成之后，这笔交易才交割。网站只收一笔费用：单笔处理费 50 美元，加上成交货值的 1.88%。成交货值是双方确认的货物价款，不含这笔费用，也不另收平台费。
付款只用银行。所有客户可以电汇（WIRE）。美国国内的公司还可以用 ACH。不支持 PayPal。不支持银行卡，包括信用卡和借记卡。

Bestoe me Technology Inc. does that work. AISiliconV is the trading and fulfillment platform. Buyer and seller agree a price first. When a customer buys, the payment is remitted to the platform account before the goods move. As the guarantee platform, this company takes 100% responsibility for the safety of customer funds.
The platform receives the goods, finishes inspection, and closes the deal only after shipment or pickup. The site charges one fee: USD 50 per transaction, plus 1.88% of the confirmed goods value. That goods value does not include the fee, and there is no other platform charge.
Payment is by bank only. Every customer can pay by wire. Companies in the United States can also pay by ACH. PayPal is not supported. Bank cards are not supported, including credit cards and debit cards.
